All prices shown are starting estimates. After an initial consultation, we produce a detailed scope document with a fixed price. We never charge for scope we didn't agree to.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes. We typically structure payments as 40% upfront, 30% at mid-project milestone, and 30% on delivery. Flexible arrangements are available for Enterprise clients.
What happens after the support period ends?
We offer monthly retainer packages starting at ₦30,000/month for ongoing support, hosting management, and feature additions. Or you can simply re-engage us for new projects.
Are there additional costs not listed?
Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, premium plugins) are passed through at cost. We list all expected third-party costs in your proposal before you sign.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-project?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Starter and upgrade to Professional as their needs grow. We'll agree on a fair price adjustment for any scope increase.
